Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sized mangos
  • 3 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander seed

Directions

Peel and seed mangos. Place all ingredients in a blender and operate till it reaches the consistency you wish.

Chill or eat right away.
