Very plain open faced healthy(er) Tuna Melts, no mayo or added ingredients. Just the good stuff!
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 8 slices Swiss cheese. Deli is best, just get it thinly sliced
- 2 cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
Broil bread 1-2 minutes on each side
Place tuna evenly on toast, top with Swiss cheese.
Return to oven and broil 1-2 more minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve!

- 1/4 cup Mayo
- Chopped Eggs, Or Celery If Desired
Layer on 1 slice bread. Add 1 slice cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is browned.
