WHen I lived in Milwaukee from 2004-2006 I never once saw it in the grocery stores...but I did see something by an off-brand at one of the Dollar stores, like Dollar Tree, Big Lots, etc.
Otherwise if you can travel South on I-94 there's a great Walmart, the name of the city evades me at the moment. If I think of it I will post it.
