In a 16 inch pan, place enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Heat for about 2 minutes. Place in rice. Let heat for another 2 minutes. Stir around. Add soup, stir again. Now add broth. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Or until rice is soft.
