Lightly brown meat in margarine in large skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper. Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and green pepper; add to skillet. Stir in Minute Rice, right from the box. Saute' over high heat until rice is lightly browned. Add tomatoes, mustard and remaining salt. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes uncovered. Serves 4-5 hungry people!

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups water
1/4 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3 cups chopped broccoli
2 cups white Minute Rice, uncooked
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown meat, in large skillet; drain. Add water, dressing and oregano. Bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
