Jello Salad
Ingredients
1 package Jello (any flavor)
1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 carton cottage cheese (8 oz.)
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can pineapple, crushed and drained
Directions
Combine the dry Jello and Cool Whip together. Blend by hand until the Jello looks dissolved and well mixed. Add the cottage cheese, fruit cocktail and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Variations
Quick Jello Salad
Love the orange sherbet in this!
Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
fruit, your choice
1 regular size container Cool Whip
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in sherbet. Add fruit and Cool Whip.

8-12
