Hot Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can salmon (6 oz.), drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Blend in horseradish, dill weed and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in salmon, peppers and green onion. Place mixture in 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with chips or crackers.

What size can of salmon is used?

Editor's Note: I wrote to Robin and she said one 6 oz. can. I've changed the recipe to reflect that.
