Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 pt. milk and salmon broth
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tall can salmon
Directions
Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add salmon liquid to milk to equal 1 pint. Add seasonings. Cook until thick. Add bread crumbs, egg yolks, eaten light ad flakes salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake in 2 qt. casserole that is placed in a pan of hot water at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to an hour.
