What is a puri? Thanks!

Editor's Note: Puri is a South Asian unleavened bread that is usually served with breakfast.

Sounds delicious, thanks. When you say "oil for frying", how deep should the oil be? Thanks.

I so wish I could afford to splurge on the spices here that I don't have on hand right now :-( I will keep this recipe for future and give it a try because it sounds so yummy! :-) Thank you for posting it!
