Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise dressing
- 1/4 cup each chopped green onions and red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 cheese slices
Directions
Heat broiler. Mix tuna, dressing, onions, red pepper, and seasonings. For each sandwich, top English muffin half with lettuce, tomato and tuna mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 1 minute. Top with cheese slice. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Makes 4 servings.
