Onions and Peanuts

Very different recipe, but very good!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup large sweet onions, sliced
  • 1 1/8 cups salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Ad
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs, buttered

Directions:

Cook the sliced onions in salted water 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and place in buttered casserole. Top with chopped peanuts, then the crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees F until mixture is hot and the crumbs browned; about 25-30 minutes.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 Minutes
