- 1 pkg. (8oz.) imitation crab flakes and chunks
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can creamed corn or whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Combine all ingredients in 2 qt. saucepan. Heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
