Mixed Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb dried prunes
  • 1/4 lb. dried apples and apricots
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 cup Minute Tapioca

Directions

Soak fruit in cold water 2-3 hours. Add sugar and cinnamon stick and cook slowly in the same water until tender. Add tapioca during the last half hour. Add lemon juice and flavoring. Serve cold.
