Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. in large bowl, combine turkey, celery, mayonnaise, rice, cheese, onion, lemon juice, and salt. Spoon mixture into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Top with almonds. Bake 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
