Instead of a bleach pen, since they are expensive and you don't get much for your money, use an old spray bottle with a squirter and put bleach right in the bottle and squirt it on the stains.
I've had a "bleach pen" for years! I just dip a cotton swab in regular bleach and dab the bleach on the precise spot that needs to be bleached! Works great and it's much cheaper!
