Sauce Thickening |
|

Everyone hates runny sauce. To thicken it up add bread crumbs to it. It will thicken it up and if you use the seasoned one's they will add character to your sauce. Enjoy!!

Thank you so much for this information. I am slow cooking my sause in a crock pot and just looked at it. Looked a little runny. I put in the bread crumbs and looked thicker already.
Making Thickening For Sauce
To quickly and easily prepare flour or cornstarch thickening, just put about 1 inch of cool water in small jar, add flour, add more water, then shake vigorously. The thickening is quickly ready, and without lumps.
