Chicken And Wild Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg. long grain and wild rice (regular, not fast-cooking)
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:

Mix soups together. Add water, milk, butter, mushrooms and rice. Add only 1 Tbsp. of seasoning that comes with rice. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Lay chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees F. Last 1/2 hour remove foil.
