Honey Brownies

One of my family's favorite dessert is a brownie. This recipe is one I use often because it is quick, easy, and tasty!

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar (or a bit less)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Ad
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven or convection to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl, cream together cream and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time until well blended. Add honey and mix well. Gradually add in the flour, cocoa, and salt and stir until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from edges of the pan.

I made these for Christmas as a Brookie (brownie with a cookie inside), everyone loved them. I am making the again today, and planning on making more for Easter.
