Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can corned beef, cubed
- 1 cup rice
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a casserole. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover and continue baking another 30-45 minutes or until rice is tender.
