This is a very quick and easy tomato recipe that you can use in the summer when you have an over abundance of ripe tomatoes. Simple and delicious!
- parmesan cheese (Or any other cheese you love!)
- olive oil
Slice tomatoes in half and put on a baking sheet. Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle each tomato half with salt, pepper, oregano and top with cheese. Bake or broil until cheese is melted and serve.
