Quick and Easy Turkey and Rice Casserole
This is a really quick and easy recipe.
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 cup white rice
- 5 spring onions
- 1 good sized tomato
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 8 ounce bottle of liquid butter
Cook turkey and boil rice, chop up tomato, and onions, add liquid butter, and cheese. put into oven on 350 for about 15 minutes. Then serve.
Add any type of spices you wish for your taste.
