Brown two pork steaks in a lightly oiled skillet. Add: 1/2 -1 cup green peppers, red peppers and onions cut into 1 inch or larger chunks 1 14-15 oz. can tomatoes or fresh tomatoes in season
Cook on low for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Then add 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 1/2 cup water, bring the mixture to a boil. Turn off heat and add 1 1/2 cup Minute rice (white, brown, or mixed).
All to set 5-10 minutes or until ready to serve.
Yields four servings. If it seems dry, more water may be added as needed. Other seasonings may be added, as desired.
