How Can I Remove the Ink from Newspaper?

Are there any chemicals which can erase all the words of a newspaper?

Unless you can find a professional book/paper restorer or a professional forger I don't think you're going to find an answer because all ink on paper is embedded. If you want newspaper with no print on it you can contact your local newspaper company because they almost always have leftover paper from their paper rolls that they most likely will want to give away for free rather than having to pay for the trash removal of it.

I don't think you can safely remove ink imprinted in newspaper. You can buy blank newspaper from places like Hobby Lobby and Michaels.

No, not really, but you used to be able to go down to your local newspaper and buy some unprinted newspaper. If that no longer works, contact some paper companies who might sell it.
