Layer vegetables, eggs, bacon in order given in large flat plastic pan with lid.
Mix salad ingredients and spread over salad. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator for at least 8-12 hours. Better if longer.
