I like this recipe because it is easy and quick. Make 1 for a snack or make more to make a meal. Each pizza can be individually made to please each person.
Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. pizza sauce
toppings of your choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place tortilla on cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce on tortilla and add cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Or until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown a little.
These are great on a pizza machine for the ultimate thin crust pizza.

Check out www.torizza.com ... the only way to do a tortilla crust pizza is on a pizza stone. 8 minutes at 450 degrees F.
Crispy crust, delicious ... you may never order-in again! Actual picture, right out of the oven.

This recipe is great! It's even better if you broil the pizzas instead of microwaving. Thanks for the recipe!

Tortilla pizzas are a lower calorie alternative to traditional pizza. They are quick to make and can be topped with all of your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
8 inch flour tortillas
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
toppings: bell pepper, mushrooms, chopped onion, ripe olives, etc.
Directions:
Begin with a flour tortilla. Place it on a plate that is microwave safe. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the tortilla, covering to the edge. Add topping of your choice. Top off with a little shredded cheese. Pop into the microwave for a minute or two, just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove and cut into 6 or 8 wedges and enjoy.
Note: I brown sausage and hamburger and crumble it just for these mini-pizzas.. Freeze on a cookie sheet and then transfer to a zip lock bag.
