- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- few dill seeds
- 2 qt. chopped cabbage, not too fine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Add onion, cabbage, salt, and dill seeds. Cover and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Add sour cream and serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
