Recipe for Mo's Restaurant Cheese Dip

I'm not sure exactly about that restaurant but the best white cheese dip that is typically served at mexican restaurants is made with Asadero cheese produced in Chihuahua. It is not the same as other cheeses produced in the this area and I have only found it in a few mexican grocery stores. This cheese, some cream and chillies and you can have that tasty dip every day!
