Thank you for all your help I made this the other day.
From recipes from internet to package and it turned out good.
I soaked a double recipe of pearls in water over night, drained and rinsed in morning and warmed on stove with milk, eggs and pearls and put it in a slow cooker and it was cooked in 2 hours on high.
then added vanilla at the end.
The most part was recipe from the package.
Thanks again to all.
I found a recipe for Large Pearl Tapioca at The Amish Country Store site. Hope this helps. http://members.aol.com/paduchgirl/tapioca.html
Check the package. There will most likely be instructions and/or recipes there.
The Amish-Mennonite Tapioca Pudding on this website uses Baby pearl. I would think if you heated then soaked the larger overnight then made the recipe it would work.

I used to make it, but have forgotten just how I did it. Think I used to soak it in the milk in the frig overnight, then cook it. Hope this will help you.
