Banana Dressing

This recipe is so easy and is wonderful for drizzling, dipping or mixing for any type of fresh fruit! It's also a great way to use up bananas that are about to expire ;-)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana cut in to small pieces
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with fresh fruit.
