Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken, cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup and water to skillet. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli and rice. Top with chicken. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
