Spinach Souffle |

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1-10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook spinach according to directions. Drain. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Bake in a 1 1/2 Qt. souffle dish or a round casserole dish for 30 minutes.
