Blue Cheese Marinated Tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic buttons, put through press
- 1/4-1/2 cup blue cheese
Combine ingredients in jar with a tight cover, then shake until thoroughly mixed. Add blue cheese just before pouring over tomatoes. Marinade may be kept indefinitely in refrigerator. Pour marinade over tomatoes and refrigerate several hours before serving.
