So easy and tasty!

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

Mix together lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in milk, adjusting the amount or adding a little water to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like. Cover and for refrigerate 8 hours.

Well, Maryeileen, I never thought about it before because I just cut two lemons in half and squeeze the juice from three of the halves. But since you asked, I looked it up and 1 and 1/2 squeezed lemons equals 3 tablespoons of juice. If you're asking in order to use store bought lemon juice I don't advise it because the dressing just doesn't taste as good using that. I know because I tried it once and once only ;-)

Approximately how many teaspoons/tablespoons of lemon juice would that be?
