Ingredients
- 12 cups of cooked squash
- 3 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow chili pepper or one half cup of banana pepper
- 2 1/2 cups of white vinegar
- 6 cups of sugar
- 3 Tbsp. of turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. of salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix together and bring to boil. Boil for 20 minute. Pack in hot jars and seal.
