Cajun Fried Salmon

Rinse salmon and sprinkle cajun or creole seasoning on both sides. Brown both sides of salmon in a frying pan with butter, reduce heat, cover and continue to cook for a few more minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon. Salmon will be slightly crunchy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside.

Tip: When you are cooking your salmon and you think it should probably cook for a few more minutes, take it out of the pan. It will continue to cook for a few minutes after it is removed from the heat.
