Frosty Lemon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, partially drained

Directions:

Blend yogurt and pudding mix in bowl until smooth. Stir in coconut and pineapple. Spoon into 9x13 inch dish. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
