- 1 small package Jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup very hot water
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 1 med. carton Cool Whip
Dissolve Jello in very hot water. Set aside to cool. Crush graham crackers. Add melted butter and powdered sugar. Pat all but 1/4 cup crumbs in cake pan. Cream together cream cheese and white sugar. Fold in cream and Cool Whip. To this, add the slightly set Jello. Mix well and pour over crust. Sprinkle leftover crackers over top. Easy and delicious!

I was wondering if this is a 9" x13" pan ? Also, how many graham crackers are in the package? Thanks, this sounds like a different kind of cheesecake! Will enjoy trying this out!
