- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix well together and bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
