Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (small) mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
Directions
Marinate meat (cubed) in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce overnight. Drain. Brown meat, will make it's own juice. Do not overcook. Just before serving add onions, green peppers, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mushrooms. May be served over rice.
