Stuffed Minute Steak


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • Ad

  • 4 minute steaks*


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix honey and soy sauce in small bowl. Stir hot water and margarine in bowl until margarine melts. Stir in stuffing mix and green pepper. Pound steaks. Spoon 1/2 cup stuffing onto each steak; roll to enclose stuffing and secure with toothpicks. Place steaks in baking pan. Spoon honey mixture over steaks. Bake for 20 minutes.

*Editor's Note: A minute steak is generally thin and/or tenderized. Round steak and cube steak are commonly used.
