Easy Chicken Parmesan

Easy to do and tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 6 frozen breaded chicken patties
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown chicken patties until crispy in a 400 degree F oven in a 13x9 inch pan- about 20 minutes or so.

Spoon some sauce into pan adding a little on the top of the patties too. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the patties.

Put back into oven until sauce is hot and cheese is melted; about 20 minutes more.

Serve with noodles and salad or vegetable for a complete meal.

40 Minutes Cooking Time

Recipe: Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese divide
  • 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pour sauce into 9x13 inch pan. Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Add chicken, turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan. Bake additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
