Someone left an ink pen on top of my dryer and it is melted. AAny ideas to remove it?

I know that hairspray is supposed to remove ink from clothing. Wouldn't hurt to try it.

If the ink is on the dryer, use alcohol to remove it. The stain may not be removable. I would try a Magic Eraser to remove that. If the pen itself melted, I would get the dryer checked. It is getting too hot to be safe.
