I bought one of those recipe books that seniors sell to make money for their senior trip. I've had this one since my daughter was in the 12th grade. I've thumbed through it a couple times, until last night! I read each recipe and found quite a few that look and sound appetizing.
Ingredients
18 frozen "Bridgeford" Parker house rolls, thawed
1/2 package butterscotch pudding (not instant)
cinnamon
pecans, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Spray a bundt pan with "Pam". Place rolls in pan. Sprinkle with dry butterscotch pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then nuts. Melt the butter or margarine with brown sugar and pour over top of rolls. Cover with waxed paper and a dish towel and allow to rise in a warm place overnight. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees F oven. Cool 15-20 minutes and turn out onto plate.

I didn't know 'Monkey Bread' had butterscotch pudding as one of the ingredients! Who Knew ;)

Better known now as Monkey Bread, soooo good. Can be made with canned bisuits or dinner rolls.

I have had this recipe for 30 years. It is excellent and great comfort food. Unfortunately, you'll need to do a couple of hours of exercise to work it off. But, it is well worth it!
