Meatless Chicken Substitutes: Tofu

When asked what a new kind of meat tastes like, the answer is often "it tastes like chicken!" As a substitute for the meat that tastes like everything, try tofu, which tastes like nothing. Well, almost nothing. Good luck.

I would try beef, chuck roast or bottom round would turn out well. This would probably be good with dark meat chicken, too. I like the boneless, skinless chicken thighs for use in the crockpot. Don't have to worry about fishing out all the bones.
