1 Hour Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

Combine milk with sugar, & oil. Heat til lukewarm. Dissolve yeast, in separate bowl, in 1 Tbsp. lukewarm water. Combine with flour; mix well. Pinch out dough into rolls. Place in greased baking muffin pans. Let sit for 1 hour to rise. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
