I am turning 14 in September. I just want to do a stay at home birthday party with my friends. I don't want to do makeovers or anything like that, which leaves me stuck. What good games or activities should I do?

A scavenger hunt is fun.
If your friends like to cook or bake, you could do a cook off like iron chef or chopped (you can check sample of the shows on YouTube). Some friends can cook, others can judge and you can have prizes for the best dish.
you can do normal relay ralce like 3 legged race or egg race

and have an actual really awesome prize for the winner/winning team
you could also do a traditional sports team IE soccer, volleyball
you could always just get pizza and watch films
