I am turning 14 in a few weeks and I don't know what sort of party I should have. I want to invite about 10 people, but I only have a small house. Any suggestions?

Have an old fashioned tea. Everyone wears a hat, maybe even long skirts and gloves. Serve a few types of tea and finger sandwiches - slice cucumbers very thin on white bread, cut sandwiches into quarters do the same with radishes and a little salt, maybe cream cheese and small walnut pieces, anything unusual.
I'm a Mom I understand, I have let my girl go to the Mall to hang out with friends and paid for them to go to a Movie, then when the movie was done I had Pizza delivered to the food court were drinks,cookies or cupcakes were waiting for them. That way she had her freedom and I was still able to be there if something happened, and I was also able to see how happy she was. After the Party they went to a couple more stores, then we headed home. Which was miles away.
