My birthday is the 16th of May. So not far away and I still don't know what to do for my birthday. I'm going to invite at least 7 friends (girls). My mam said no sleepovers and she would prefer it if it wasn't in the house. Also it's going to be raining. Can anyone help me please?

All these things considered, I'd think a bowling party would be fun and safe :)

on a zero or small budget, I would say go to a local coffee shop that hosts an open mic, and participate in that. Or go to a local coffeeshop and request to host an open mic or even karaoke on that night
with a better budget then yes, bowling or skating outing would be good
