I am turning 14 in February and I don't know what party to have. I don't want to have a babyish party. There are 20 of us girls in total and I don't know what to do because it's in winter and there's not a lot to do.

You could have a cooking/baking party, bowling, skating, mani/pedi,Pizza and a movie, arcade party!
Well if it is winter and cold outside why not take advantage of this and go ice skating with your friends. After skating take a trip around the mall and go to have pizza, hot dogs, or even some other type of food.
