Baked Ginger Garlic Lemongrass Salmon

A portion of ginger garlic lemongrass salmon.Here's a quick and simple wet rub for salmon made with a few ingredients. Paired with white rice and side of vegetables. A perfect light meal for lunch or dinner.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

Total Time: 25-30 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemon grass stalk
  • 1" ginger knob
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.25 salmon fillet
  • dash of olive oil
Oil, soy sauce and for making ginger, garlic lemongrass chicken.
 

Steps:

  1. Mince all ingredients (ginger, lemon grass and garlic).
  2. Ingredients for ginger garlic lemongrass salmon.
     
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Make any adjustments, if you'd like.
  4. Ingredients for topping all mixed together.
     
  5. I brushed foil with olive oil so the fish won't stick to the pan. Put wet rub over fish. Bake at 425 F for 20-25 minutes, or until finished to your preference.
  6. Salmon topped with ginger garlic and lemongrass mixture.
