Baked Ginger Garlic Lemongrass Salmon

Here's a quick and simple wet rub for salmon made with a few ingredients. Paired with white rice and side of vegetables. A perfect light meal for lunch or dinner.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

Total Time: 25-30 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemon grass stalk
  • 1" ginger knob
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.25 salmon fillet
  • dash of olive oil

Steps:

  1. Mince all ingredients (ginger, lemon grass and garlic).
  2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Make any adjustments, if you'd like.
  3. I brushed foil with olive oil so the fish won't stick to the pan. Put wet rub over fish. Bake at 425 F for 20-25 minutes, or until finished to your preference.
